π§ Customer Compliment: Mr. Rupert Smith
Mr. Smith recently visited our office after having a leak repaired in his yard and needed assistance submitting a request for a possible leak adjustment.
Kenshika explained the process and let him know that he could use the kiosk to submit his request and upload the necessary repair documentation. Rather than simply giving him instructions, Kenshika took the time to personally assist Mr. Smith at the kiosk, helping him complete the required information and successfully upload his documents.
Mr. Smith was so appreciative of Kenshikaβs patience, kindness, and excellent customer service that he later returned to the office with a gift as a gesture of appreciation. He shared that patience and good customer service can be rare and that Kenshikaβs willingness to help truly made an impression on him.
Kenshika graciously explained that she was simply doing her job and that a gift was not necessary. Mr. Smith, however, insisted. Before leaving, he placed the gift on the counter and shared a message that perfectly captured the moment:
