Kimbry L. Peek, Sr.
Director
Kimbry Peek Bio:
Peek has more than 20 years in construction, capital improvements, and public works arenas. He holds a bachelor’s degree in operations management from American InterContinental University and a number of professional certifications and licenses. He previously worked with the city of Atlanta Watershed Management/Wastewater Department. He served in a variety of roles, including watershed director and manager, and wastewater collections superintendent.
Water Resources Administration oversees the day-to-day operations of the water and wastewater systems for Rockdale County. The Director reports to the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners.

Deputy Director
Vaughn Jamison is a seasoned utility and municipal leader with over 20 years of experience across the public and private sectors. His career reflects a strong blend of operational excellence, strategic leadership, and a deep commitment to championing the customer experience. As a passionate and sought out communicator, he is an advocate for data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to improve service delivery, enhance customer engagement and drive organizational performance.
Vaughn serves as Deputy Director of Rockdale County’s Water Resources, where he leads initiatives to streamline operations, strengthen customer-centric programs, and ensure responsible financial stewardship. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College and is recognized for his dedication to public service, financial management, and community engagement.
