Stop Water Services

To stop service, please click here My Account Login | Rockdale and login to your account to request for your services to be stopped. Please process your request at least two (2) business days prior to your stop service date request. Please note that all stop service requests are to be scheduled Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm when a representative of the water department is available. We do not perform stop water requests on the weekend.

All appliances and faucets should be in the OFF position.
