New Water Services

To help ensure a timely and accurate resolution of your request, please supply complete and accurate information. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in your request being delayed or rejected.

There are several ways to request new water service:

To request new water service, please contact Rockdale Water Resources at least two (2) business days prior to your new water service date request. A forwarding address is required at time of request. Please note that all new water service requests are to be scheduled Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm when a representative of the water department is available. We do not perform new water service requests on the weekend.

All appliances and faucets should be in the OFF position.
