Once per week, the plant chlorine (Cl₂) real-time analyzer will be verified against benchtop chlorine residual test results. The analyzer reading must be within ±15% of the benchtop result.
If the analyzer result differs by more than 15%, the analyzer will be recalibrated and rechecked against a new benchtop chlorine residual test. All corrective actions, recalibration steps, recheck results, and final verification results must be documented.
