Leadership and key operations staff recently participated in a boat tour of Randy Poynter Lake to gain a firsthand look at current reservoir conditions and ongoing water supply efforts. The tour provided an opportunity for leadership and operational staff to observe reservoir conditions up close, discuss ongoing maintenance and treatment processes, and review long-term planning initiatives. These collaborative efforts support proactive decision-making and help ensure the continued delivery of safe, reliable water service to the community.
