Rockdale Water Resources Customer Service Department Engages with City of Griffin
The Rockdale County Water Resources (RWR) Customer Service Department recently visited the City of Griffin Customer Service Department to exchange ideas and best practices. The goal of this collaboration was to learn how other municipalities are enhancing customer experiences and to explore innovative ways to make services more efficient, accessible, and user-friendly for Rockdale County residents.
