Field Service Technicians Justin Harris and Tyson Turner go “above and beyond”!

Justin Harris (Lead) and Tyson Turner work as Field Services Technicians in Rockdale Water Resources Customer Care & Business Affairs Department. They know how to go above and beyond to get the job done!
On Wednesday, May 7, 2025, a customer requested to have their water service activated after moving into a new residence. When Justin arrived in the neighborhood, emergency vehicles, including fire trucks, ambulances, and law enforcement, had completely blocked off access to the area, preventing him from driving through. In response, Tyson met Justin at the scene, and together they proceeded on foot through the neighborhood to reach the customer's home and successfully turn on the water meter. Talk about teamwork and phenomenal customer service!! Great job guys!
