After many years without being addressed, the registers stored both inside and outside the warehouse have now been fully stripped and properly boxed. I am proud to share that the first pallet of registers eligible for potential warranty credit was delivered back to the vendor today—marking a major milestone in this long-overdue effort. As part of our continued return process, the brass bodies have also been stripped and are now prepared for delivery to the recycling center. This progress reflects our commitment to proper restoration, accountability, and responsible asset recovery.
