The Water Treatment Plant Maintenance Team recently completed two important maintenance tasks in a single day—cleaning a manhole and replacing an Air Release Valve (ARV).
The team began by thoroughly cleaning the manhole to create a safe, clean, and accessible work area. Once the area was prepared, the crew removed the existing ARV and successfully installed the replacement.
Completing both tasks on the same day allowed the maintenance team to work efficiently while minimizing the amount of time the system was out of service.
