I want to personally thank you for accomplishing in the past two months what many have been trying to achieve for over two and a half years. Your innovative solution to clear a path for maintaining and inspecting all sewage manholes was both practical and brilliant.
The residents of Millstone Manor deeply appreciate your dedication, as well as that of Deputy Director Davis, for remaining transparent, communicating effectively, and turning strategy into action.
