Rockdale Water Resources will be required to interrupt your water service on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, between the hours of 9:00am to 2:00pm, weather permitting. Should inclement weather, or some other unforeseen event, result in canceling the Tuesday efforts we will reschedule the service interruption for Thursday, June 25, between the hours of 9:00am to 2:00pm.
This interruption of service is necessary to replace a broken fire hydrant and install a hydrant isolation valve. This interruption of service will affect a few houses on Old Salem Road SE, Gross Way SE and Benji Boulevard SE. On June 18, we will perform a 2–5-minute test shutdown of the water system between the hour of 9:00am-9:30am to ensure positive control.
