Rockdale Water Resources is proud to recognize Mandie Whitner for providing exceptional customer service and representing our organization with professionalism and care.
Recently, a customer contacted our office with questions about an unusually high-water bill. After reviewing the account, Mandie determined that additional research was needed to identify the cause. She assured the customer that she would investigate the issue and personally follow up with an explanation.
True to her word, Mandie called the customer back after completing her research. She explained that the water meter had recently been replaced because it was no longer communicating properly. As a result, the account had only been billed the base service fee since February 2026, with no recorded water usage. Once the new meter was installed and communicating correctly, the accumulated usageโapproximately 31,000 gallons over five monthsโappeared on the current bill. Mandie took the time to clearly explain the situation, answer every question, and ensure the customer understood the billing.
The customer later contacted Rockdale Water Resources againโnot to file a complaint, but to recognize Mandie for her outstanding service.
The customer shared that Mandie was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, followed through on her promise to call back. They noted that while many people take the time to report negative experiences, they wanted to make sure exceptional service received the recognition it deserves.
